Media Spotlight on Australian Citizenship (Media Relations)
As well as community relations, Maine Street Marketing provided media promotions for the 2003 Australian Citizenship campaign.
This involved local, state and national media coverage, placing features and diary notes in leading Australian magazines and helping to package events to attract TV coverage.
There were over 650 media items supporting the 2003 campaign: an almost 400 per cent improvement in 2002 media coverage.
One of the campaign's showcase events, Australia's first ever in-flight citizenship ceremony, had an estimated media audience of over three million people.
